Update of Additive costs에 대해 설명하기 전 Additive costs란 무엇인지 알아보겠습니다.

Additive costs(추가 원가)

표준 원가 계산에 자동으로 포함되지 않는 수동으로 추가되는 비용 항목입니다. 예를 들어,

• 운송비
• 보험료
• 기타 수동으로 추가해야 하는 비용

이러한 비용은 BOM(Bill of Materials)이나 라우팅에 존재하지 않기 때문에 원가 추정 시 자동으로 계산할 수 없습니다. 추가원가에 해당하는 계정 및 origin group을 설정 시 Update of Additive costs에 설정 시 별도로 추정하고 분석할 수 있습니다.

Additive costs는 아래의 경로에서 원가 추정을 할 수 있습니다. CK11N(표준원가 추정)과 유사한 성격을 가지고 있습니다.

Transfer Structure

SAP에서 Transfer structure에 대해 정의한 바를 그대로 직역하면 아래와 같습니다.

Transfer Structure는 어떤 한 cost component structure의 cost components에서 다른 structure의 cost components로 비용을 이전(Transfer)하는 구조

A transfer structure transfers the costs from the cost components of one cost com ponent structure to the cost components of another cost component structure

 
정의만 봐서는 잘 와닿지가 않는데요, Transfer structure를 정의하는 [화면 1]  IMG 화면을 보겠습니다.
Source cost component structure, Source CCS, Target Cost component structure, target CCS가 있습니다.

예를 들어, 2차 계정으로 발생한 노무비를 Primary cost element로 분할(Primary cost component split) 하기 위해서 사용할 수 있는데요, 예를 들어, [표 1]처럼 노무비 비용을  타깃 CCS에 급여, 초과근무수당, 상여금으로 비용을 분할하여 분석할 수 있는 장점이 있습니다.

일반적으로 Source cost comp str. 은 COGM Cost comp Str.로 Main Cost compoent structure이고, Target Cost comp Str. 은 Auxiliary cost component structure입니다. Transfer structure로 정의된 Primary cost component split은 계획 버전에 등록해줘야 하는데요, 경로는 아래와 같습니다.

Controlling > General Controlling > Organization Maintain > Versions

 

T-CODE는 OKEQ이며 매년 Fiscal year 세팅 시 필수로 세팅해야 하는 IMG 세팅입니다. 이번 글에서는 Transfer structure에 대한 내용만 말씀드리겠습니다.

 

1) 계획 버전(Planning version)인 '0'을 클릭합니다.

2) Settings for Each fiscal year 폴더를 선택합니다. 이후 세팅할 년도(당해 연도)를 더블 클릭 합니다.

3) Price calculation 탭에서 Cost comp. Str. 에 Primary cost component split에 해당하는 Cost comp Str. 을 등록합니다.

계획 버전에 Cost comp Str. 등록 시 등록된 Structure에 해당하는 Primary cost component split으로 자동으로 activity price가 계산됩니다. 또한, Transfer structure를 사용하기 위해서는 Source cost component structure의 모든 구성요소를 transfer structure에 할당해야 합니다. 그렇지 않으면 오류가 발생합니다.
 
Transfer structure는 SAP 시스템에서 복잡한 Cost component structure를 효과적으로 관리하고, 다양한 관점에서 원가를 분석할 수 있게 해주는 중요한 기능입니다.
